• Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms and Conditions, including timely payment of associated amounts due, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable,non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes. You may not access or use the Services in order to monitor its availability, performance, or functionality for competitive purposes. You may not, and may not permit any third party to:

You may use the Services for any number of projects and scope thatyou have subscribed for under the applicable plan and as are appropriate based on the size of your account. While we accept unlimited requests and revisions, our output volume depends on many factors, namely depending on the total request volume and complexity. We will do our best to work with you to accommodate any priority items and your timelines, but we suggest you do not use our Services for time-sensitive projects.

We do our best to create designs with zero errors. However, due to the nature of our services and the creative effort involved, we may not ensure all files delivered will be 100% error-free. When we deliver a file to you, you agree to review, and proof checks all files for any errors or a miss on the brief and notify us of any changes or revisions that are needed. We will do our best to rush edits to correct any mistakes that you notify us during the period of your active subscription. If you notify us of any errors after that period, we are not required to but intend to try to work with you to make corrections.

The speed of your account is determined by how many subscriptionsyou have. Your output is based on how many subscriptions you haveand what we can process in a business day with our team. Our design deliverables depend on multiple factors, including, but not limited to,

• the type of plan
• the number of requests
• and the intricacy of your requests.

We do not guarantee the amount of work that we can create with a single subscription. To increase the volume of work we can complete within a business day, we suggest you add users or subscriptions to your account.

• You are the owner and/or controller of all of your information, data, or materials that you provide to us while using our Services. By submitting the data, information, or materials to us, you agree to the fact that you are the owner of the content and/or have the necessary rights, licenses, and authorization to share it. You give us a global, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the content to provide the Services.
• While providing the Services, we may use certain available materials. We and our licensors are, and will remain, the sole and exclusive owners of all right, title, and interest in and to any pre-existing materials. We permit you to use, display and distribute any available materials to the extent incorporated in, combined with, or otherwise necessary for the use of the Services or deliverables. We solely reserve all other rights in and to such materials.
• All Time Design does not support and will not tolerate its Service being used to discriminate against others, especially when based onrace, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, ancestry, hostility, violence or national origin. You are not allowed to use the Service in a manner that would likely trigger, promote, or support such discrimination.

If we believe that your use of the Service is being used to discriminate, wemay permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Service, without notice and liability for any reason.

• The use of our Services requires payment of recurring fees. Before we can grant you access to the Services, you must pay the fees (and applicable taxes) in full, in such amounts, and for such billing frequency as specified during registration and as informed by you from time to time.
• You agree that, upon registering for the Services, you allow us to charge your method of payment (e.g., credit card) for the fees and applicable taxes from the date of your registration and as per your chosen billing frequency (e.g., monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annually). We reserve the right to cancel your account when there isan overdue or non-payment of amounts owed to us. All amounts payable under these Terms and Conditions are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

We strive to provide the best design and services for the users. If for whatever reason, you are not pleased with the design and services, you may cancel your subscription with us at any time. In order to process your cancellation smoothly, we suggest you to drop a formal cancellation mail to support@alltimedesign.com, at least a week prior to your subscription renewal date. You will continue to have access to your files on the dashboard until your account is terminated. Once the subscription is cancelled, you will no longer have access to the Services and may lose accessibility to your design files on the dashboard.

The users may request a refund from support@alltimedesign.com if you cancel the subscription within 14 days of the trial period. We may refuse are fund if we found any evidence of fraud, abuse, or any other manipulative behaviour from the user. We may also deny a refund if the user has

• exceeded the 14 days period
• submitted more than two design requests
• approved and received the source files for one or more project(s)
• subscribed to our services during the promotions or offers.

Customer feedback and suggestions are the essential tools for us to improve the quality of the designs and the services in future. After receiving the cancellation request and before processing any cancellation requests, support@alltimedesign.com will reach out to the users who raised cancellation requests to know more about the cause and put forward to the management to address all the user concerns so that the user remains as valuable a customer.

It is a process to determine the causes and inconvenience of the valuable customer so that All Time Design will take necessary action to avoid such inconvenience in future. ATD will process and refund the subscription within 30 working days.

You hereby agree to provide All Time Design with the right and license to use their work created by us in our portfolio, social media, and other communication and marketing efforts. In case users want to revoke this right, a notification has to be sent to All Time Design at support@alltimedesign.com.

• During the course of our relationship, you may disclose to us your Confidential Information (non-public information). We agree to maintain the confidentiality of the information you shared with us and not disclose them to any third parties. We limit access to the Confidential Information only to the employees, directors, contractors, and our service representatives who are committed to providing the best of services to you.
• Similarly, during the course of our relationship, we may also disclose to you our Confidential Information. You agree to maintain confidentiality andnot disclose our Confidential Information to any third parties. You may utilize our Confidential Information for no purpose, except as permitted by this Terms and Conditions.
